Why it matters

Adventure gets attention. Opportunity gives it purpose.

High Horizon uses six demanding mountain stages to build one clear campaign: help Army Cadets take part when cost might otherwise hold them back.

The problem

Talent should matter more than family income.

For some Army Cadets, equipment, travel, training or activity costs can place valuable opportunities out of reach. The experience may last a day or a week; the confidence, skills and ambition it unlocks can last much longer.

Cadet Horizons exists to help turn attention into practical support.

The model

Jez climbs. People give. ACCT UK decides.

The route is deliberately simple and independently controlled.

01 · ChallengeHigh Horizon creates attention and six fundraising moments.
02 · DonationSupporters give through the official GiveStar page.
03 · AdministrationACCT UK receives and controls the charitable funds.
04 · OpportunityACCT UK assesses eligibility and awards support.

The Cadet Horizons Fund

Every donation goes directly to ACCT UK.

Donations made through the GiveStar campaign are restricted to the Cadet Horizons Fund. ACCT UK independently administers the fund and makes all grant-award decisions through its established processes.

Cadet Horizons does not select recipients, administer grants or use these donations to pay for missions, participants or operating costs.

Potential is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

Help remove the cost barrier.
